Welcome to Qvita Health! This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our webshop at www.qvitahealth.eu. By shopping with us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at q-info@qvitahealth.com.
2. Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Non-returnable items: supplements, vitamins, teas, food products, hygiene or personal care items, plants or live organisms, and customized or personalized goods.
3. Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item:
- arrived damaged,
- is defective, or
- is incorrect (does not match the description).
In such cases, Qvita Health will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days after inspection.
- Funds will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) will be refunded unless a non-standard delivery option was selected.
